Litigators have hit Google with a recent surge of antitrust lawsuits following U.S. District Judge Leonie M. Brinkema of the Eastern District of Virginia’s liability decision ruling Google unlawfully monopolized open-web advertising technology markets in violation of the Sherman Act.
