This article discusses the goals of our court systems to have smoother and more uniform virtual proceedings across New York. “To help advance this goal, the Court Modernization Action Committee (CMAC), consisting of judges, administrators, practitioners and public interest attorneys, worked together to put together a handy virtual proceedings Bench Card, which was distributed to all New York State judges in early 2025.”
