Has anyone experienced an issue with Outlook, randomly at launch, will load with the Search Bar above the email messages (the old Outlook UI). When this happens, the view looks distorted, there are boxes around each field when composing a new email, Scheduling Assistant does not work, etc. The only way we have found to fix this issue is to restart Outlook.
