Here’s this very useful tip of the week: For Office 2013 and upward. If you are too lazy to scroll to the top of your screen and click in the ‘Tell Me ‘ box you can use the keyboard shortcut ‘Alt + Q’ to get directly into the action. I use this regularly to change fonts of items, whole paragraphs and to save myself three clicks by using it to turn on my OOO. Also, it’s a pretty quick way to do a generic web search!
