Fastcase is looking for an ambitious and talented Director of Marketing who thrives in a team environment and can contribute strong, creative, innovative ideas, and manage various campaigns, high-level projects, and analysis. The ideal candidate must have a proven sales/marketing track record in business to business marketing, and excellent leadership experience in terms of vision, diplomacy, execution, and drive to serve the needs of the program and oversee go-to-market plans/strategy, customer engagement, and sales enablement across assigned lists.

The successful candidate will manage, track, and increase the revenue performance across the Fastcase portfolio of products, by collaborating closely with the Product, Sales, Executive team leaders to design and execute programs and campaigns needed to achieve company sales goals. The role will oversee our marketing team and contractors, with a clear view of how to increase brand value, revenue, and user engagement.

  • Creates the US marketing plan, sets spending budget & establishes KPIs. Analyzes engagement with adopters to ensure that the balance of activity is right.
  • Develops Ideal Customer Profiles and personas for Key Accounts
  • Creates Key Account Marketing Plans in collaboration with Product and Sales Teams to acquire new accounts, increase revenue and digital penetration at Key Accounts.
  • Plans individual campaign elements on a rolling basis, reviews performance against ROI analysis in order that future plans can be adapted accordingly.
  • Aligns priorities with sales teams in order to deliver joined-up customer-focused campaigns.
  • Leads in planning & delivery for product presentations at sales conferences in order that key product launches are appropriately profiled.
  • Develops our brand value and thought leadership initiatives in order that brand advocacy remains high across customer segments.
  • Represents customers and users in product strategy in order that future products and programs meet customer needs.
  • Utilizes and supports market research and insight in order that marketing activities best correspond to customer profiles and needs.


About You

Direct the planning, support, and execution of all marketing activities for the Fastcase program:

  • Develop and oversee marketing and sales enablement strategies, launches, campaigns, initiatives, and budgets to support assigned lists and key titles.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of customer segments/affinities, competition, ROI, and budget.
  • Anticipate market opportunities, customer needs, trends, and the competitive landscape across legal segments.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans, in-person events, and campaigns that underscore a powerful value proposition, compelling marketing message, and our customer-focused needs.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to customers, Salesforce, and product teams.
  • Willing to travel to visit satellite offices or conferences as requested or needed by the team.
  • Must live within the DC Metropolitan area.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and automation.
  • Having marketing leadership position experience in a SaaS company is preferred.
