Today at the NetDiligence Cyber Risk Summit in Santa Monica, Calif., Integreon, the global managed services and alternative legal services company, will be announcing that it has expanded its Cyber Incident Response (CIR) capabilities to include Cyber Incident Notification Services.

These notification services will include delivery and fulfillment of required communications, by mail or email, to individuals impacted by an incident, along with call center support and credit monitoring services, Integreon says, and are designed to provide clients with expert assistance in meeting international, national and state data privacy and consumer regulations deadlines and compliance requirements.

Integreon launched its CIR practice group in 2019 and it has since been one of the company’s fastest-growing divisions, according to Jamie Berry, executive vice president at Integreon. He said the company plans to further expand CIR in the future.

With the new notification service, when an incident occurs at an organization, Integreon’s CIR professionals work with the organization’s internal security and privacy teams, as well as with their breach coaches, insurance carriers and incident response consultants, to identify, extract and organize exposed sensitive data.

Integreon then mines the data to identify sensitive information for the purpose of creating a detailed list of impacted individuals. This enables the organization to confidently prepare for notification, Integreon says.

When breached, clients have the choice to review the exfiltrated data and notify just a targeted group or give notice to all potentially impacted individuals.

Integreon says the new service benefits customers by allowing them to work with a single company for their cyber response, saving cost and reducing risk. The team is available 24/7 from Integreon delivery centers in North America, Europe and Asia.
