“It is a very powerful tool, and I’m not aware of any opinions that say ‘Do not use AI in advancing the interests of your client.’ What we are seeing a whole lot of is ‘Don’t be dumb [when using it as a tool],'” said Matt Wetherington, an Atlanta-based attorney who incorporates artificial intelligence tools in his legal practice.
